Terms of service
Last updated October 26, 2026
The full terms of service for paid accounts will be published here before sign-up opens. Until then, these points apply to the website and the free scan.
The free scan
- A scan shows what a US shopper was shown at one moment. It is an observation, not a finding of a violation.
- The MAP in a scan report is the one you entered. We don't verify it.
- Anyone with a report link can view it for 90 days.
Using the site
Don't use the site to break the law, or to overload or attack it.
